In fact, a genuinely outstanding third compilation of ambient and drone from mostly unfamiliar artists. Special mention to ambient astronauts Midnat and Geoscience, bringing cosmic soundscaping. Edit : upon further listening, this exceeds the high bar set by vol 1 and 2. Excellent ethereal travelling all round! Favorite track: Theadelaidean-Cinnabar Field.

For me personally this is a masterpiece of ambient FAX. My CD never arrived from Pete Namlook as he had just passed. Last ever FAX order to him :( Bought the download, acquired the CD later and now have the BC for streaming. Thanks AOC for an album of extreme beauty that I will listen to for the rest of life.
